I still remember the first time I worked with him, and said this is a test phase, if we all do well we can scale this up.  All he said was "I am with you and we will make this better than ever".  That's the attitude he carries even till date.  Humble and accommodating and above all talented. so proud of what he has achieved and accomplished.  His Team and he put in so much effort, you would want him on your side.
